Orders & Returns Policies

Special Orders:

Special Orders include, but are not limited to colors, scripture and background designs not already designated on our order form. This may also include a specially designed tile to be sold only through a specific distributor.

All special orders requests MUST be received in writing (by email or fax) and an additional $10 surcharge will be added for each tile. Please allow a minimum of six weeks delivery from the time the order is approved. *Special Orders CANNOT BE RETURNED for any reason. Must meet order guidelines (see All Orders below).

All Orders:

Must be purchased in quantities of 12 tiles per case with a minimum of 2 cases per order. Shipping is an additional fee of $12.50 per case. Tiles may be mixed or matched.

Receiving Items:

We take every precaution to make sure that your items arrive safely. Customers are responsible for checking all tiles in, making sure they endured no damage during the shipping process.

Damaged Items/Returns:

If by chance there is a problem with shipping damage, you MUST contact Right Focus Designs, Inc. within three (3) business days of receipt, for instructions on how to return your items as well as for your Return Confirmation Code. All original packing/shipping materials must be returned to Right Focus Designs, Inc. for inspection and for us to follow up with your claim of damages. Customers are responsible for the fees associated with returning damaged items/materials.

Non-Damaged Returns:

We're certain you'll be happy with Right Focus Design, Inc.'s tiles. We take extra care to fully describe and display our items. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please ask us about them before placing an order. Please make your selections carefully.

We will process requests for non-damaged returns, only when requests for a Return Confirmation Code are requested within three (3) business days following the arrival of your product. Credits and exchanges will not be processed on returns that arrive without a Return Confirmation Code.

Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned items, a credit for the purchase price minus our Restocking Fee will be credited to your customer account, within 5 business days, for your next order. Shipping and insurance will not be reimbursed. Special orders cannot be returned for any reason.

Restocking Fee:

Our standard restocking fee on all standard orders is $4.00 per tile. Any shipping fees paid by the customer, both for the original shipping and returns, are non-refundable.
